About The Teacher
Zura is a dedicated yogi with 15 years of experience and still counting. His background in various yoga styles resulted in his unique approach to teaching techniques. His practices are based on Hatha yoga and combines the elements of Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Kundalini creating the refreshing synthesis of Yoga. His breathing exercises allow people to reboot inner strength, clear the energy throughout the body, balance and activate chakras. He has motivated people to build stronger and flexible body with healthy mind.
