Kat’s teaching comes straight from her heart and personal practice. She maintains focus on core integration and alignment stemming from her desire to use yoga as a tool to heal and strengthen the body on both mental and physical plane and many more. In her sessions you can expect to breath, laugh and use your body to its maximum capacity when practicing asana. Kat’s Hatha Flow teaching incorporates a dynamic flow of physical yoga postures with breath awareness, before slowing down with more static postures, meditation and relaxation. This is suitable for new students to yoga as well as those with more experience. Kat offers modifications and adjustments where needed so that each student can fully experience the postures being taught and can participate at their own ability. She encourages students to practice with awareness and within the range of movement available to them to provide a safe, relaxing and inclusive environment.Source: bristolcityyoga.secure.retreat.guru
