Colin Stack-Troost
About the Teacher
Why study with them?
Born and raised in California, Colin is a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist who has been working to support the mental health of the LGBTQ+ community since 2014. He received his MA in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University Los Angeles, with an emphasis in LGBTQ+ mental health. Since then he has worked with individuals, couples, and groups; utilizing a Queer-affirmative approach that also recognizes multicultural issues and intersectionality.
Colin has extensive experience working with non-ordinary states of consciousness to support the healing of his clients, and credits his own psychological growth to the power of psychedelics.
In 2018 he was certified in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy by Dr. Phil Wolfson, and in 2019 was trained in the MAPS protocol to work with MDMA to support healing from PTSD. Now based in Los Angeles, Colin is dedicated to his private practice and eagerly awaits more opportunities to bring the healing powers of psychedelics to the Queer community and beyond.
