Pauline Fernandez has immersed herself in the realms of shamanic and yogic practices for over a decade, delving deep into various forms of yoga and exploring diverse avenues of healing. Her journey has been driven by a profound commitment to personal transformation and overcoming childhood traumas, as well as navigating the complexities of the world around her.
With a desire to serve others in their own journeys of self-awareness and healing, Pauline offers her expertise to help individuals tap into their highest potential and address their emotional, mental, and physical wounds.
In 2007, Pauline embarked on her yogic odyssey, embracing the teachings of traditional Hatha, Kundalini, and Shivananda Yoga. Her quest for inner peace and enlightenment led her to Vipassana Meditation in 2012, where she underwent intensive training under the guidance of S.N. Goenka.
In 2019, Pauline deepened her understanding of shamanic traditions, particularly those of the Curanderos Vegetalistas, receiving initiation into their rites and ceremonies. This profound experience sparked a calling within her to transition away from her career in the film industry and commit herself to sharing the gifts of shamanic practices through ceremonies and retreats.
Relocating to India in 2021, Pauline pursued formal yoga teacher training, completing her 200-hour YTT at World Peace Yoga School in Rishikesh, followed by her 500-hour YTT at AYM, the Indian Yoga Association. Alongside her yoga certifications, she honed her skills as a Reiki Master Teacher, Sound Healer, and Breath Work facilitator, specializing in Trauma Release Breath Work, DMT Breathing, and traditional Pranayama practices.
Pauline's approach integrates her extensive training with her own personal insights and wisdom, allowing her to tailor her offerings to meet the unique needs of each individual she encounters. Through her dedication and expertise, she continues to guide others on their paths towards healing, growth, and self-discovery.
