Niels Kloumberg is a certified holistic nutritionist and has managed several restaurants, and created menus and nutritional programs for those with food intolerances, special diets, poor health and imbalances. He has been at Anahata Yoga Retreat since Jan 2016, managing and evolving the Anahata holistic kitchen, and helping develop sustainability talks and retreat programs. He has expertise in areas such as functional nutrition, fermentation, raw food, giving inspiring talks, and practical guidance on retreats and private consultations.
