About the Teacher
Why study with them?
Medicine and Road Woman. Casa Guindales is my life project. It was born twenty years ago, by a call from the Earth, to be at the service of caring for Life; remember who I am and accompany other people to connect with their true essence in Nature.
I research the essential values of human beings learning with nature. I offer Women's Nature Circle Retreats, teach Health Self-Management courses, specifically Herbalism and Plant Alchemy; I accompany in consultation and individual retreats; Alchemist of Icara: Herbal preparations and natural remedies, I cultivate a medicinal garden and I am creating a Dispensary or Apothecary with plants from the natural environment.
Consider that we are a Great Mystery, and if we start simple, honoring and thanking the elements that make Life and its care possible, we will have the key to finding our true essence as human beings.

Facilitator of Women's Retreats in Nature following the Wheel of the Year and I accompany women from the Sacred Feminine and Natural Gynecology, offering guidance in the different stages of women: First menstruation, pregnancy and menopause.
