Yulia is a passionate Yoga and Meditation teacher, and truly enjoys sharing her practice with others. She is trained in Hatha Yoga, Therapeutic Yoga, Trauma-Sensitive Yoga as well as Mindfulness and Meditation. Through her own journey she experienced not only the physical benefits of this ancient practice, but also the emotional transformation that Yoga can offer. She enjoys supporting students that experience symptoms of overwhelm, anxiety or depression, as well as children and youth with focusing challenges. Yulia guides her students into a safe place, to reconnect with themself and to let go of inner chatter and critizism; opening up to the infinite love and wisdom that the universe has to offer!
