About The Teacher

I am an NLP certified Master Practitioner, and a Meditation teacher certified by the Canadian Yoga Alliance. I am passionate about wellness, mindfulness, and exploring different techniques that help people to be more resilient and happy. With the help of NLP, I started to understand my emotions, my choices, and became clear about what I want and how to make it real. I'm on a journey of accepting and discovering, of creating more of what I want in my life. I went to Bali in April 2016 for a month and returned to Toronto with a new perspective.  I came back with more clarity and a better understanding of what brings me joy, and I want to enable others to experience the same. 

I once heard someone say that spending one month in Bali is equivalent to 5 years of being on your spiritual journey.

There is something special about Bali. It forces you to slow down, look around, be one with nature and face yourself. It is the kind of place that naturally attracts those who are looking to get more out of life, by stepping away from their busy lives and going deep within themselves. When you are surrounded by that energy and the people who are on the same path, the effects are amplified.

This will be no ordinary retreat.  My wish is for everyone to be inspired by the Balinese culture, because it teaches us to nurture harmony with spirit, nature and with one another. This will be the type of guided vacation that will impact you on physical, emotional and spiritual levels, allowing an organic healing process to naturally unfold. I have selected the highlights of my month-long trip and put them together in an 8 day retreat, ensuring you get the best of everything.
