Stacy Zumbroegel is a practicing counselor with over fifteen years experience. She holds a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Cultural Anthropology. Her passion for the dharma and different cultures has taken her all over the world with a special love of Nepal, India, and Myanmar. As a counselor and mentor, Stacy has experience working with youth and adults in many different settings; community clinic, non-profit organizations, rehabilitation home for youth, acting school, monasteries, and private practice. For many years her specialty has been working with young women who suffer from trauma and loss. She runs a social business in textiles, working to empower weavers, and offers counseling trainings to nuns and laypeople through a Myanmar NGO.
