Hi, I'm Holly Spence and here's a little bit about my Pilates journey, so far. Originally from Canada, I moved to London in 2007 but my love affair with Pilates began in 1998. I had been practising ballet for 15 years and was looking for a form of exercise to complement my dance training. I found Pilates and was immediately impressed with the changes I saw to my body and mind - I felt stronger, leaner, more flexible and my overall well-being was greatly improved. I decided to take the plunge and turn my passion for Pilates into a career in 2010 and trained with the prestigious Body Control Pilates in Central London. I am passionate about promoting health, vitality and wellness and I love exploring the connection of the mind and the body through movement. I offer a lighthearted and easygoing approach to my sessions and encourage you to move in a way that makes you feel good, practising mindful movement and finding your 'flow'. Exploring the connection between the mind and the body and the deep focus and relaxation that moving mindfully can bring, balancing strength and flexibility to achieve the ultimate in physical and mental harmony. Pilates is for everyone, regardless of fitness level, body type, age or ability.
