Annaliese Hordern

About The Teacher

Annaliese Hordern is a passionate Permaculture educator and designer, who holds a degree in Environmental Resource Management, a Diploma in Permaculture and sits on the Board of Permaculture Australia. She is an educator at Permaculture College Australia, teaching on PDC’s, advanced Permaculture courses and is a regular guest speaker and workshop facilitator at community events and festivals. She is also a steward member of Gaiacraft. Spending much of her life learning about medicinal, edible and useful plants, this passion led Annaliese to the Peruvian Amazon where she now is involved with conservation of much valued plant medicines and Indigenous culture. Recently she has been specialising her skills in plant propagation with the Green Harvest Nursery, a Permaculture business in Australia, specialising in heirloom true seeds, gardening products and rare edible plants of cultural significance.
