Meg Roberts is a Toronto-based Nutrition & Aging Specialist.
Meg is a graduate of the Dietitians of Canada accredited, Bachelor of Applied Science, Nutrition and Food degree program at Ryerson University in Toronto, Canada. She has also earned her Gerontology Certificate from the Chang School at Ryerson University.
Meg's a knowledgeable and compassionate person who is very easy to talk to. Her extensive education and training has allowed her to have a complete understanding of the complex role that food plays both in a social context and within the human body.
Her primary goal as a qualified Nutrition & Aging Specialist is to enable her clients to build a healthy relationship with food in order to promote longevity, health, happiness and to prevent disease across the lifespan.
