About The Teacher

“Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self.”

- The Bhagavad Gita

Namaste, I am the founder of East West Retreats and am currently traveling and spreading yoga, meditation, and holding cacao ceremonies all over the world. Yoga, for me, is a vehicle for clearing out what doesn’t serve you anymore - physically, spiritually and mentally - to make room for your true, authentic self. And that’s exactly what I hope to give to my students and clients.

I began to immerse myself in the art of connecting and blending many different philosophies, systems and traditions during a soul journey to India in 2015. This immersion developed into a huge passion for blending the ancient wisdom and traditions of the East with the fluid, ecletic elements of yoga from the West. Because of this, my teaching incorporates many styles, philosophies and traditions including Hinduism, Buddhism, Tantra, Qi Gong, Ayurveda, fluid freeform movement, Qi Gong, heart connecting, reiki, song and dance. Some of my teachers and biggest inspirations include pachamama, Tantra, Hinduism, the Upanishads, Yogananda Parmahansa, Anodea Judith, Tirumalai Krishnamacharya, Alan Watts, Ashish Sharma and Leslie Kaminoff.
