PERSONAL JOURNEY: My journey began at a very young age when for the first time I knew what loneliness was, non-identification, and completely not knowing what love tasted like, in any form. After many changes in places and environments, no one came close -not a bit- to caress the deep emptiness that lived inside me. And without having a clue that I was building a solid wall around my heart. My daughter was born. And for the first time I understood who I am, I understood what THE UNION is, I understood the essence of life that is LOVE and nothing else. In all the Ayahuasca ceremonies that I have been fortunate enough to attend, it has been confirmed over and over again that LOVE is the only truth that exists. Twenty years of my life were dedicated to cooking and the last five with a very deep connection with plants and the most perfect machine that exists, the human body. If God is in each and every one of us, every time you cook remember that it is for God.
