Fiona founded Cowdance out of a desire to help people feel good and less stressed through yoga and connecting with the outdoors. On retreats, Fiona teaches vinyasa flow yoga, linking breath with movement to focus the mind and create all over strength and suppleness. She also teaches pregnancy and restorative yoga, and yoga nidra.
Fiona enjoys outdoor adventures, from kayaking to climbing, skiing to cycling, archaeology to tending her small flock of sheep. She advocates using our bodies physically in the outdoors to promote mental wellbeing and believes that we would all benefit from engaging with the natural world more mindfully, appreciating its interconnections and beauty.
