Renae is a ISSA Certified Yoga Teacher, 2023 Ultimate Explorer Champion, PADI Certified Scuba Diver, and Wilderness Life Rescue Expert who lives for outdoor adventure.

Founder of two seven-figure global businesses, Renae has traveled to & lived in over 50 countries, including Japan, New Zealand, Iceland, Peru, Australia, and in various cities across the United States. Renae is passionate about raising awareness and building community within the outdoor adventure sphere.

When she’s not summiting mountain peaks, flying planes or diving a shipwreck in the deep blue, you can find Renae leading a hike, leading a wellness retreat, authoring her next book, or guiding a yoga session on the beaches of Long Island, New York, or deep in the Andes Mountains of Peru.
