I’ve been interested in the mind-body connection, female empowerment, and female for a long time. I’ve trained with Regena Thomashauer (AKA Mama Gena, the female empowerment icon) at the School of Womanly Arts in New York, and completed an intensive certification at the VITA institute (vital and integrated tantric approach).
