JELENA has always been curious about inner reflection, heart-searching and self-development, and things took a more serious note six years ago, when she set off to Asia and emerged herself in the studies of Eastern philosophies, meditation, yoga, chi gong, and nutrition. She facilitates people in their personal growth and guides them in implementing the benefits of mindfulness, meditation and chi gong practice in daily life by finding that fine balance between the inside and outside world. She believes in cultivating a good heart and compassion and creates space in which you will feel supported and safe to open up to your authenticity and motivation to work on transforming the areas of life where you want to see a change happening. She applies techniques of introspection and self-exploration, and creates conditions for insights to arise, which will help you make transitions, and live a more awake and fulfilling life.
