About The Teacher

Dharma teacher (lama), trained in the Kagyu and Nyingma lineages of Tibetan Buddhism. Spiritual Director of Natural Dharma Fellowship in Boston and Wonderwell Mountain Refuge in New Hampshire. Willa guides meditation retreats focused on discovering innate resources of wisdom and compassion. She is especially interested in the power of nature and the body to nurture resilience and inner transformation. In addition to teaching retreats, she occasionally teaches at Harvard Divinity School and writes.

Why Retreat?
