Samantha is an experienced yoga teacher, Level 2 member with Yoga Australia, and has been exploring and offering different types of movement for 10 years, through vinyasa, ashtanga and yin yoga practices. She also applies conscious, healing movements she has learned through various forms of dance and mindful movement practices, combining a multitude of practices in an artistic way. An experienced meditator, she brings the healing practice of mindfulness into movement.
