He also teaches his own method based on a blend of martial arts (capoeira), animal movements, and yoga. As a raw food chef specializing in a hygienic diet, he creates raw desserts. Over the past twenty years, he has explored the worlds of meditation, music therapy, and sound therapy, learning from various teachers such as Istvan Sky (Hungary), Tito La Rosa (Peru), and Albert Rabenstein. He has also participated in practices and rituals with sacred plants, assisting guides in their work. He is self-taught in the field of sound therapy, inspired by the work of Dr. Jeffrey Thompson, Bob Monroe, Jonathan Goldman, among others. He also builds therapeutic vibroacoustic instruments, such as tubular bells, overtone flutes, shakers, drums, and mallets for percussion, and has begun learning the art of gong-making from master builder Broder Oetken of Paiste (currently building for Meinl).
In 2015, he co-founded the project Harmonia Tou Kosmou: healing through ancestral and modern arts. Since then, he has traveled to various parts of the world, sharing the different modalities of his work and assisting other artists in ceremonies, seminars, and concerts.
