Keli’s lifelong love of yoga began at age 7 when she did her first Sun Salutations at the Vivekananda Vedanta Vihar, an ashram in the foothills of the Catskills. As a teacher, she is known for her playful, joy filled classes, and fluid sequencing. Her classes are down to earth, yet filled with delightful sacred stories and uplifting music and songs. Keli has been teaching for more than a decade, and has lead and assisted Bhakti based yoga retreats in the US, India and Costa Rica. She believes yoga is a practice of embodied spiritual awakening that should be accessible to all & teaches regularly in the the Hudson Valley and Capital District, where she lives with her husband and three children.
