About The Teacher

A student of Chgyam Trungpa Rinpoche and Sakyong Jamgn Mipham Rinpoche, Jenny Bondurant has been practicing meditation since 1980, and has completed the traditional three-year retreat.A senior teacher in the Shambhala Buddhist tradition, she began her spiritual journey in her native England, where she spent three years working for Outward Bound. She has combined her love of the natural world with a deep exploration of the path of meditation and the teachings of Buddhism.

Why Retreat?
