Pamela McCarroll

About The Teacher

Pamela McCarroll is Associate Professor of Practical Theology at Emmanuel College in the University of Toronto. Prior to coming to Emmanuel she served for several years at Knox College in pastoral theology, and before that at Sunnybrook Health Sciences in spiritual care. She is author of several articles and two books engaging theology of the cross: Waiting at the Foot of the Cross: Toward a Theology of Hope for Today (Pickwick 2014) and At the End – the Beginning: Narratives of Hope in the Face of Trauma and Death (Fortress, 2014). She is certified as a supervisor-educator in the Canadian Association for Spiritual Care.
