About The Teacher

Massage Therapist & Trainer BCST, BBTR, MER. Cofounder of the European Institute of Body Oriented Healing Arts.

Director and Cofounder of the European Institute of Body Oriented Healing Arts. Nisarga is a bodywork therapist, specializing in Myofascial Energetic Release and deep tissue work. A BioDynamic Breathwork and Trauma Release System practitioner. A workshop facilitator of breathwork and trauma healing. An experienced teacher of Lomi Lomi Nui massage and Tantra. A graduate of 2-year BioDynamic Cranio-Sacral Therapy in England. He has been practicing bodywork, breathwork, meditation and Tantra for over 10 years.

On his way to mastery he reached the sources of body and spirit work. Traveling through Asia, Europe and America he discovered what the pure potential of the human body and how important it is to listen to the innate wisdom of the body. Supporting others in sessions is a great privilege for him. He loves what he does and his work brings him great fulfilment and joy. He admires his clients for their great courage, strength and the willingness to work on themselves.

Nisarga believes that holistic healing is real craftsmanship, because man’s body is a temple and in his work, he honors it with dignity and admiration. ‘Our bodies have unlimited potential to heal and self-regulate’. His key role is to tirelessly look for the best health condition. Even when we happen to not take diligent care of it –  neglecting diet, movement, useful breathing or relaxation techniques – it still continues to remove toxins, it relaxes and keeps us alive. This is happening on the physical level when the autonomous nervous system regulates all the other systems in the body in the way that enables us to be in better shape. There is also a spiritual level, the body is a great vehicle which allows us to experience being here and now. Bringing feeling into the body is of utmost importance when working with people. It sometimes happens that we react to external triggers from a subconscious program where there are traces of childhood wounding. Through this therapeutic trauma release, a person can truly return to their body, beginning here and now, feeling oneself and having the awareness which enables us to be present in every situation and make conscious decisions.
