About The Teacher

<p>Trina Altman, E-RYT 500, PMA®-CPT, empowers anyone wishing to feel better in their body. She builds bridges between the mystical and the pragmatic, and specializes in helping others access their body’s tissues and their heart’s purpose. Trina is the creator of Pilates Deconstructed™ and a STOTT PILATES®-certified instructor. She leads teacher trainings in Yoga Tune Up® and the Roll Model Method™ in the United States and internationally. Backed by anatomical savvy, she is masterful in unearthing “body blind spots.” Her goal is to help her students heal those places where movement, posture, and position contribute to patterns of pain. A fan of dark chocolate, goofing around with her husband, and getting her students to laugh, Trina is honored to be your guide on this joyful retreat experience.</p>
