Katy Moeggenberg has a passion for being active. In addition to practicing yoga for over 17 years, she is an internationally published fitness author and model, kung fu black belt (5th degree) and professional dancer and choreographer. Her book “I Chin Ching: 49 Exercises to Build Strength, Increase Flexibility, and Improve Balance” teaches a Shaolin martial arts training series that contains many basic and advanced yoga postures.
