Why study with them?
Liz started teaching yoga in 2007 after a few years of practicing sparked a curiosity to discover more about the practice, its history and philosophy. She has developed an approach of teaching and practicing through immersion in study, retreats, and workshops on yoga and meditation.

Yoga has given me the strength to embrace challenges, take pride in accomplishments, and be more present in my relationships and experiences.
