Facilitator, Coach & Psychedelic Guide
As a facilitator and therapeutic coach, I never thought I'd be exploring the subconscious through psychoactive plants. But life has a way of taking us on unexpected journeys.
After my first Ayahuasca ceremony in 2018, I experienced a profound sense of clarity and purpose. Since then, I have continued to explore the healing potential of plant medicines and have integrated these experiences into my therapeutic practice.
With my background as a certified Nonviolent Communication trainer and Internal Family Systems Practitioner, as well as my mindfulness practices and experience with breathwork and bodywork, I've learned how to create a safe and supportive space for healing and guide clients through their inner landscape.
As an ethical practitioner, safety is always a top priority in my work with plant medicines. I'm committed to creating the right set and setting for my clients and providing pre and post-ceremony support.
When I’m not guiding people in their healing process or diving into my own subconscious, I enjoy meditating, immersing myself in nature, dancing and cooking up tasty meals.
If you're interested in learning more about my approach to healing or would like to schedule a consultation, please don't hesitate to contact me.
