About The Teacher
After going through her own journey of self-discovery, Renee developed a strong desire to inspire people to findhealth, happiness and fulfillment in their lives. Her passion for movement and healing arts led her to become a yoga instructor and massage therapist. Renee has been practicing yoga for almost 20 years, and teaching for 7 years. Shes studied vinyasa, Anusara, Iyengar and Ashtanga, and has also received trainings in restorative, prenatal yoga, and teaching yoga to at-risk youth.In her yoga classes she balances the serious nature of life, by teaching with lightness and humor.
