Nisha teaches Ashtanga Vinyasa inspired Yoga; a rhythmic style of yoga which focuses on the flowing together of the traditional yoga poses, connecting breath with movement resulting in an invigorating class which increases strength and flexibility, helps tone the body, improves posture and balance, and also brings calm and relaxation to your mind and body.
Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Dynamic Yoga are styles of Yoga derived from the original form, Hatha Yoga, and Nisha loves to practice these forms herself and therefore incorporate them into her teachings. Meditation has naturally become a part of her practice and teachings where she gives guided meditations through chakra focused and Kundalini meditation techniques. Classes are suitable for all levels.
Originally from London, UK, Nisha is now mainly based in India for the majority of the year. Nisha runs Yoga Holidays and gives classes at resorts, hotels and Yoga shalas in beautiful locations wherever she happens to be living throughout the year.
Nisha is also a Reiki Level 2 Therapist offering treatments in person and also via distance healing.
