Sarra Kaufman is a Yoga Teacher, Thai Massage Therapist, and Ayurvedic Consultant. She is currently continuing her Ayurvedic education with the California College of Ayurveda. In class Sarra focuses on the bridge between the breath, the mind, and the body. Using the sequence of postures as a means to observe what the biological, mental, and emotional reactions are and determine if they are indeed inline with the students highest potential.
