Kate earned her certification as a plant-based chef from Matthew Kenney Culinary in 2016. Two years later, she is thrilled to return to Evason Hua Hin -- this time to work behind the chef's demo station. She is the recipe developer and content creator for Well Vegan and the co-author of Frugal Vegan (2017). Kate is currently completing her holistic health coach certification at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
