Hi, I'm Sarah; certified Yoga Instructor & Retreat Producer. In my 26 years as a student of Yoga I have found inspiration, sanctuary and strength in the practice and I believe everyone can benefit from Yoga.
I gained my 200 hr RYT certification in Hatha Yoga Teaching in 2012, and over the past 5 years have completed over 300 hours further training. I am fortunate to have been taught by some of the very best yoga teachers – Sadie Nardini, Tara Stiles, Benita Wolfe Galvan, Bridget Woods Kramer and Alexandria Crow. Through some of the UK and USA's greatest Yoga centres - TriYoga, Yoga Bodhi, Strala Yoga, Yoga Tree San Francisco, Yoga Works Boston (all Yoga Alliance accredited). I also hold BSc and MSc degrees in Psychology, and spent a year researching behavioural neuroscience at Harvard University: I love to bring these expertise to the mat and explore the mind body connection with my Yoga students.
My training includes Hatha, Vinyasa, and Anusara Yoga. I love the ability of all these styles to take us ever deeper into our bodies and breath. These beautiful foundations have allowed me to create my own teaching approach of using movement, ease and flowing sequences to create both strength and softness on the mat!
