She has over a decade of experience helping individuals heal from trauma, to align more deeply with their true selves. Since 2013, Pujita has personally worked with sacred plant medicine, a journey that has been central to her growth as a healer.
Pujita's therapeutic approach is rooted in trauma-informed, somatic, and mindful practices. She integrates modalities such as EMDR, Brainspotting, and Hakomi, along with her expertise in psychedelic integration. Pujita specializes in supporting clients who face developmental trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Through her work, she guides people toward emotional healing and greater self-awareness with empowerment.
In addition to her clinical practice, Pujita is dedicated to helping individuals prepare for and integrate psychedelic experiences. She blends her therapeutic skills with extensive knowledge of sacred plant medicine, offering a holistic approach to healing. As a first-generation American with Middle Eastern, Indian, and European heritage, Pujita brings a deep sense of cultural humility to her work.
Influenced by her background, Pujita creates a safe and inclusive space for clients from all walks of life. She works with marginalized communities as well as those navigating complex emotional challenges. Imparting compassion and care, she helps clients rediscover their inner resilience and move toward lasting transformation.
