Why study with them?
Anaïs is a sound and energy healer devoted to service through deep listening, surrender, and connection to Divine source. Her work is grounded in 25 years of personal practice, including yoga, extended silent meditation retreats, and breathwork.
With the introduction of plant medicine in 2014, Anaïs’ path expanded to service and healing work. She has had the honor to serve as a guardian in plant medicine ceremonies; this work deepened her commitment to safety, reverence, and integration in altered states of consciousness.
Since 2023, Anaïs has been facilitating Bufo ceremonies, informed by extensive training and observation with seasoned teachers. Each session is supported by sound and energy healing, deep breathing and meditation, creating a steady and intentional container for expanded awareness, clarity, and integration. Anaïs holds space with humility, intuition, and devotion, inviting participants to go inward and meet themselves beyond the mind.
