About us

As a professional educator for over 20 years, Liz Saville is a dynamic leader and passionate about creating atmospheres for diverse groups of women to share in her passion for adventure, travel, sport and wellness.  Her curiosity about how women choose to ‘do’ life all over the world drives her passion to learn from others as she teaches, leads and explores the world.   Growing up in the beautiful Okanagan Valley in British Columbia, she first started hitting the slopes at age 5 and has kept herself immersed in the mountains ever since, it is where she finds her soul. Liz strongly believes in the relationship between personal health and wellness and spending time connecting to our natural surroundings. Exploring the mountains through sport helps Liz find the balance she needs between being a mother, a wife, an educator and finding her true bliss.   “When you’re a mountain person, you understand the brilliance and beauty of contradiction. The way land can be your greatest teacher.  How something can be both grounding, yet elevating, intoxicating yet soothing, wild yet serene, intensely primal yet patient, and cycling yet predictable within the shifts and rhythms.
