He is the 24th pontiff of the glorious Sri Suttur Math, which was established in the 10th century at Suttur, Mysuru. Swamiji was trained spiritually by his predecessor His Holiness Jagadguru Dr. Sri Shivarathri Rajendra Mahaswamiji, who was the founder president of JSS Mahavidyapeetha. The JSS Mahavidyapeetha is an educational and cultural organization which fulfills the educational needs of the villages in Karnataka. Swamiji had a major role in the formation of the Foundation for Unity of Religions, along with His Excellency Dr. A. P. Why Retreat?

We asked people why they go on retreat, here's what they said:

My inspiration is a desire to gain a deeper connection to and understanding of myself, something that I've been working hard on for so long and will continue to do in the future. I view a retreat as a wonderful way to focus entirely on this without the distractions of every day life! Nicola
