About us

Jennie Akse-Kelly, is a yoga instructor, and forager, forest-walker and yogini. Jennie leads a meditative walk through the forest while practicing Forest Breathing. Forest Breathing incorporates the medicine of the trees, with the ancient practice of Yogic breathing.(Pranayama). It will balance your nervous system , purify your organs, deeply relax all parts of the body, inspires energetic healing and an opening up of the heart energy. Forest Breathing (or Forest Bathing) has been practiced for over a thousand years in some countries such as Japan.
