Padme

Padme received her spiritual name "in the lotus" during her sacred training in meditation, mantra, and yoga in the Himalayas near Uttarkashi in India at the Sivananda Kutir. After this re-awakening, Padme took a Quantum Leap, leaving the office cubicle life to manifest transformational freedom. Padme is certified as a Sivananda yoga teacher and currently lives in the creative flow at the intersection of painting, yoga, meditation, and travel. She leads Healing Arts workshops, infusing yantras with mantras while taking people through the process of making sacred art.
