Debora Nitya found inspiration and tools for conscious evolution in Yoga and Ayurveda. She has been practicing and sharing the teachings ever since with people from all walks of life. Debora has over a decade of teaching experience and has taught the therapeutic applications of Yoga and meditation in a number of diverse settings, including private sessions, studios, teacher trainings, retreats, and medical facilities. She brings her sense of humor to every class she teaches and is committed to helping her students realize their full potential.

Debora Nitya is certified in Integral Yoga® Hatha, Himalayan Institute 500-hour Teacher Training, and Ayurvedic Yoga Therapy through Mukunda Stiles and the Chopra Center. While her passion for life and Yoga runs deep, her commitment is to empower practitioners to realize their potential and take their unique gifts into the world.
