About The Teacher

After more than seven years of medical studies in Hong Kong, Sean achieved his dream to become a traditional Chinese medicine doctor. He finished his degree of Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture in Hong Kong University and his master's degree of Sport Medicine and Health Science in Chinese University of Hong Kong. He is specialized in treating sports injuries and pain syndromes using acupuncture, cupping, tui-na massage and herbal medicine.
Sean finished his yoga teacher training in India and started teaching in various European countries, focusing on Hatha yoga, Yin yoga and Vinyasa flow. He also took an advanced course on Aerial Yoga Teacher Training in Thailand. Sean practices Qigong and Taichi, and he combines basic martial art with his yoga practices.

Sean is experienced in organising rejuvenating and energising yoga classes; adjustment workshops focusing on various poses, body parts and particular sports. He also performs individual assessment and consultation in order to provide tailor-made advice, because he believes everybody has different stamina and body constitutions. With his Sport Medicine background, Sean can create a individualised program that suits your need or goal.
