About The Teacher

Brandy Hill, E-RYT200, RYT500, discovered yoga in early 2001 while working a high-stress recruiting job in Boston. She joined a gym and found a class offered once a week during lunch. The job didn’t last, but her curiosity and desire for yoga did! Always wanting to be a yoga teacher when she “grew up”, her final inspiration came while expecting her first child. Brandy pursued her dream and obtained her 200 hour training at Frog Pond Yoga Centre in Princeton, MA, where she studied under Shanti Diane Featherstone and was inducted into Dr. V.S. Rao’s lineage. Brandy later completed her 300 hour training with Maureen Miller of Yoga NH and is a Yoga NH Teacher Training Program Director. Brandy is a Reiki Master Teacher and often incorporates Reiki energy to enhance her students’ yoga experiences. Brandy believes that yoga is a life-long journey and regularly feeds her curiosity through ongoing trainings and workshops.

Brandy became a yoga teacher to share her devotion of yoga with the world. Yoga brings her inner strength, patience and has helped her be a better version of herself. Brandy embraces variety and teaches a number of different styles of yoga. She is passionate about prenatal yoga and adores the natural heat and openings found in Vinyasa classes, but also enjoys slowing things down and teaching Slow Flow or Hatha. She finds it fascinating and gratifying to witness transformations in her students’ bodies and minds. Brandy is honored to be guiding and mentoring a new generation of yoga teachers in the Nashua community!

Brandy is most passionate about being a mom, her family, guiding people to love and be who they are, and fostering community.
