Natalie Rudman

About The Teacher

Natalie is an all rounder teacher. Having began her Teaching skill set with the traditional Lineage of Sivananda, she then went on to explore deeper meanings and practices in Ashrams around India. Teaching in a Westernized environment mean't that she had to call on a deeper understanding of Anatomy and Physiology and so has since immersed herself into Vinyasa based Practices and Yin, finding the perfect balance of Yin and Yang with the two. She is a facilitator on TTC's and loves to ground herself and others with a structured and practical meditation for which she uses in her Freediving practices as she holds 3 national Records for her country South Africa. Natalie is enthused in every class to share her practices with you and to guide you to the ultimate level of connection and physical and mental openness.

Why Retreat?

We asked people why they go on retreat, here's what they said:

This sounds like a dream! I am an education student and I have spent way too much time working all summer to pay for school. My boyfriend of 5 years is a government firefighter and has been away working most of the summer. His 30th Birthday and our 6th anniversary is coming up this winter, we would love to celebrate with a yoga retreat! We both love yoga but have barley had time to practice in the past few months. Keeping our fingers crossed! Jaimee and Dan
