Caught up in the repetitions of everyday life, we tend to forget self-love. Chalani found yoga when she was experiencing a strong need to discover and care for herself. She believes yoga is a good reminder of that. The magic of yoga lies in its ability to create opportunities for personal and spiritual growth. Chalani hopes to share that magic with you. Chalani travelled to India to complete her 200 YT training. She has trained in and practices many styles of yoga, including Vinyasa, Dharma Yoga, Ashtanga, Hatha, Sivatantra Yoga and Moksha Hot Yoga. She continues to pursue her love for yoga and considers improving her practice to be a lifelong pursuit.
