About The Teacher
Rachels philosophy is that yoga is for everyone and that means every body! Her playful Vinyasa flow classes are aimed at helping students access and build their strength while finding joy and calm in their practice, and in life after the studio. Laughter is highly encouraged! Rachel incorporates her nursing knowledge of anatomy and physiology for her alignment based instruction and loves to teach pregnant students, where she brings her experience from her work as a doula and labor and delivery nurse.
