About The Teacher

Arnie Kozak, Ph.D., licensed psychologist, is a clinical assistant professor in psychiatry at the University of Vermont College of Medicine. He teaches workshops at the Barre Center for Buddhist Studies and the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health. Arnie brings 30 years of meditation and yoga practice to his teaching and has authored many books, including “Wild Chickens and Petty Tyrants: 108 Metaphors for Mindfulness,” “Mindfulness A-Z: 108 Insights for Awakening Now,” and “The Everything Guide to the Introvert Edge.”
