Nazli grew up in a home that encouraged active living and healthy eating. Fast forward to summer of 2013, when after years of practice she decided to participate in a 200 hour yoga teacher training. Immediately finding a space where she could share her passion, and encourage others to explore this practice, you can expect a heavy emphasis on conscious breathing, and self exploration. Nazli’s classes promote structure to safely work through the physical practice, but also space to explore on your own to see what works and doesn’t work in each individual body. She emphasizes a light hearted vibe where as a community we can laugh and work towards goals together. Expect smiles, intentional movement, and threading together the breath, body, and mind. Aside from teaching studio classes, Nazli also teaches Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga, leads trainings and wellness retreats. Off the mat you can find her surfing, swimming, hiking, cooking, and exploring the world!
