Lina

Lina brings people back to what is simple and real.

Lina is a tantric facilitator, somatic guide, and founder of Shining Light Tantra. She is trained in yoga therapy, tantric bodywork, rose lineage practice, and trauma-informed embodiment, and has guided students through workshops, retreats, private sessions, and ceremonial spaces in Bali and Europe.

Her work is body-led. Where much of intimacy work can become ideas, roles, or performance, Lina brings people back to what is simple and real: breath, sensation, boundaries. The quiet honesty of the body. The courage to feel what is here, without needing to become someone else.

She guides individuals and couples into deeper intimacy, self-trust, and embodied connection through tantric practice, conscious communication, and somatic awareness. Her work is warm, direct, and deeply grounded. No pressure. No performance. No spiritual mask. Just the slow return to presence, pleasure, and truth in the body.

Based in Norway and Ubud. Teaching across Europe each summer.
