Nadiayoga

About us

Nadia guides and helps the students to grow to their best as a yogi and as a person. She teaches with love and inspiration which make her classes an amazing experience. Nadia is trained in Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Pre and Postnatal Yoga, Meditation and Yoga for Children. Nadia is offering Pre and Postnatal classes, regular Monthly Yoga workshops and Yoga retreats in Europe. She teaches office yoga in leading companies and organisations like NBC, The Children society, ICM UNLIMITED, AGE UK, Westminster University ,East London University, Totalfit,(managing luxurious residential studios). In addition she is teaching private 1-2-1 and small group classes. Nadia starts her yoga journey at her last year in high school. Yoga was first introduced to her by her best friend Gita, a gift who will change her whole life. After finishing high school, Nadia went to University to receive a Bachelor degree in Public Administration. Taking yoga with her through the whole time, teaching family and friends, work and university colleges, organising classes at her home. The love to yoga was only to become deeper and stronger with every year. She was traveling and living in different countries like Holland, USA and Germany. The seed of her dream to become a yoga teacher was placed while teaching her co-workers in Los Angeles at the roof top of the building they all worked in. The great feedbacks how wonderful people felt after the classes and her personal journey with yoga made her think how amazing will be to spread yoga to even more people. To be able to help them. And that what she does since 3 years, spreading yoga and helping people. Her expertise shines through every class.

I enjoyed Nadia's lessons from the very first one. I have been practising yoga for several years now and I found Nadia's lessons always refreshing and I learn something new every time. Every lesson has a structure and theme and I really like the fact that she incorporates pranayama. I can put into practice what I have learned in books and in India! Thank you Nadia. Namaste.

Nadia is a fantastic yoga teacher – I attend a weekly class she teaches at a local studio, and as many of the weekend workshops she organises at YogaNest as I can. I always leave her classes feeling relaxed but energised. Of the 6 or 7 yoga teachers I’ve worked with over the years she is by far my favourite. Highly recommended!

Nadezhda's Yoga is Amazing. (Really!)
For a long time I was looking for the perfect yoga teacher in London---not only perfect yoga class, but also a teacher that fits me my needs. Nadia's classes are gentle, yet challenging.

Around a year ago I started going to Nadia's Vinyasa Flow classes, which are the perfect combination of mindfulness, strength and flow. Since then, I've been also participating her yoga workshops and yoga nidra sessions. She guides through the sequences, and corrects your poses if needed. As a student, I'm always feeling like she's getting the best out of me (without pushing.) I've had some knee issues, which she has also taken notice---and even given me lots of helpful poses to do at home.
Nadia is a holistic yoga teacher, who is truly passionate about what she does. You can feel her energy!
